Rapper Jam Master Jay, part of Run DMC, killed in shooting Condolences to the family of Jam Master Jay. Run DMC may not have had the staying power of a huge rock act, but they did a lot to introduce suburban kids to the world of rap and hip hop music. For that they will always be remembered.
